The NBA Summer All Star Game brought together the very best players in the NBA for the benefit of Very Special Arts and the National Stay in School Foundation. The game was held in the Capital Centre, the former home of the Washington Bullets and the NHL’s Washington Capitals. The game was highly competitive and featured top tier players at the time including Isaiah Thomas, Dominique Wilkens and Magic Johnson.
